Most people working in creator marketing come from one direction.
I've worked from both - and that changes how I see the whole process.
Having spent 2+ years creating UGC content for brands, I know exactly what information a creator needs to produce their best work - the right level of detail in a brief, how to communicate direction without killing creativity, and what makes a collaboration smooth versus frustrating. That knowledge shapes everything I do on the brand side.
I've also worked on the brand side - finding creators, negotiating terms, writing briefs, managing ongoing communication, and handling approvals. I understand the workload, the back-and-forth, and what it takes to get content that actually performs. That's the experience I bring when I take this off your plate.
Why it matters
Managing creators isn't just finding someone with a following and sending them a product. It requires understanding the creative process, knowing how to communicate direction clearly, and keeping multiple collaborations running smoothly at once - all while staying on top of approvals, deadlines, and delivery.
For brands without a deep understanding of how content is actually made, this process can become a real drain. The result is often briefs that don't land, content that misses the mark, and a lot of unnecessary back-and-forth. I remove that friction - because I've lived it from both sides.
